Spray Shack Ltd is a local independent accident repair centre. We are a family
run business and pride ourselves in carrying out repairs of the highest
standards following manufacturers repair methods.
Our customers can rest assured that their vehicle will be repaired in

We are BSI kitemarked and all paint and materials used are of the highest
quality.
We use PPG paint which is the most accredited manufacturers approved paint
brands on the market. They can supply any type of coating for any vehicle

We also use NEXA paint which is another highly accredited paint brand, this is
used mainly on commercial vehicles and is one of the world’s leading

We have recently had a new state of the art USI Italia light commercial spray booth
installed which is difficult to compare with others due to its excellence in
performance and versatility. It is extremely popular with F1 teams such as
Mercedes AMG Petronas, Red Bull and Ferrari.

Lifetime Guarantee
We offer a lifetime guarantee on all work carried out for as long as the
customer owns the vehicle, this cannot be transferred if the vehicle is sold.
If further repairs are carried out on the vehicle by another repair centre, or the
repair is tampered with in any way, our guarantee will then become void.
If a customer wishes to make a claim, they must bring their vehicle to us for
inspection, we may have this inspected by paint or part manufacturer
representatives or by an independent engineer.
Exclusions to the guarantee include:
Paint deterioration due to acid rain, abuse, chemical fallout
Scratches, stone chips, accidents
Corrosion caused by corrosive material or substances making contact
with the paintwork i.e. bird droppings
Chalking or loss of shine due to cleaning agents, abrasive polishes,
pressure washing, improper care, finishes using anything other than
standard refinish products
Full T & Cs will be given to the customer at the time of repairs.
ACCREDITATIONS
We hold a BSI kitemark which is the UK’s most recognised quality mark in the
motor industry. The BSI kitemark is the industry’s quality standard, awarding
those businesses who meet industry standards and recognises high quality
work. This ensures that we use the correct and most up to date equipment,
repairs are carried out using correct repair methods, staff are fully trained, and
that all parts and paints used are manufacturer and insurance approved.
Our other accreditations are below and act as professional body’s for the
automotive industry. They ensure that staff are up to date with training, that
we use up to date equipment and that we operate in a clean and professional
manner.
INSURANCE REPAIRS
We are an approved accident repair centre with many insurance companies
and work providers. Whilst we may not be an approved repairer for all
insurance companies, it is always the customers choice to choose where they
have their vehicle repaired after an accident. We are also able to liaise with
insurance companies directly, so let us save you the hassle of having to do this.
Courtesy cars are also available to all customers at no extra charge and are
fully insured with us. All work carried out is guaranteed and only genuine parts
are used.
